​​Miles McKenzie has been a musician his entire life. He began playing piano at the age of 7, then, unable to escape his name, took up trumpet a few years later. He later began singing at age 12. After many years of both teaching and performing on trumpet in various groups, Miles switched his focus to piano. Today, he performs and teaches around Sonoma County and the San Francisco Bay Area. He keeps himself busy composing, performing, recording, and producing his own original music (available soon), an eclectic fusion of many electronic and acoustic styles. Currently, Miles is performing throughout the San Francisco Bay Area as both a solo artist and a duet (piano and vocals) with the lovely miss Kristina Ibarra. He also plays all around California with indie rock band "Horses Heaven" , who just released the EP "Before the Breakdown" (available on iTunes). He recently finished composing and producing the score for the upcoming internet-television series Cupid’s Conundrum. He is actively teaching piano, trumpet, music theory/composition, and ear training around the Sonoma County area. In addition to his busy performing and teaching schedule, Miles is the choir director and organist at St. Stephen's Church in Sebastopol, CA.
